Implement and follow up the progress of payment procedures of the Operations department (Water, electricity,ordering stationery, ...)
Coordinate with relevant departments to make orders and check appropriate documents.
Coordinate with the Human Resources to follow the documents of all Kitchen Employees: Resignation application, Employee Evaluation, Employee Contract,...
Summarize problems and information related to Kitchen activities such as maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, ...
Synthesize data, make Operations reports as required by Managers.
Monitor and coordinate with the Purchasing department to find suppliers related to the supply of kitchen related items, materials and equipment.
Other tasks and reports as required by Managers.

Yêu cầu về trình độ, kinh nghiệm/ Qualification requirements:
At least 1 years with an administrative job or similar role
Graduated College and/or University is a must
Yêu cầu về kỹ năng/ Skill requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient English is preferred
Analytical, Data visualization & Reporting skills are preferred
Excellent time management skills.
