Sales and renewal operations
- Support with lead allocations (including assignment and reassignment)
- Calculate and validate commissions, activity commissions, referral bonuses, and tiering bonuses across all markets
- Coordinate onboarding tools for new hires (e.g., Odoo, hotline access)
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of hotline systems; manage payments and vendor coordination
- Verify referral/promoter fee requests from Sales Team
Data compilation and analysis
- Regularly update and monitor performance metrics, such as sales dashboard, renewal rates, individual & team performances, activity and call rates
- Actively propose strategies to automate manual tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
