Mô Tả Công Việc

Support sales team nationwide to prepare all the documents related to instrument placement as per requested.
Arrange the placement contract (edit, negotiate till contract signed), delivery minutes and coordinate with related department for instrument delivery.
Prepare local items for delivery together with instrument, insurance for delivery, fire insurance of instruments at client site, instrument value evaluation, 100% new instrument certificate arrangement.
Record placement information in system (inventory to fix assets, AX update if having any placement activities such as: change, took back instrument)
Tracking the placement asset and related reports as per requested.
Monthly update the instruments status with service team.
Prepare the documents to take back the instrument after placement period, non-active instrument during placement period.
Coordination with sales team nationwide to provided the needed documents related to instrument as per hospital request during placement period (health insurance audit periodical, biological safety, renew the placement contract as per annual reagent tender result).
Update status of all FA : location, contract expiry
Propose destroy items : when it is too old, wrong document
Counting : at Medigroup warehouse as well as at client side.
Revenue performance tracking report by each unit/ placement agreement
Correct/ updata placement data in AX
Make/ arrange all placement contracts/ make sure all of placement contacts are up to date all the time in AX

Advanced MS office, ERP system

5. Special Skills

Knowledge of regulation about the tendering;
Working knowledge of contractual terms and conditions;
Structured, precise and well organized;
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes;
Good business acumen & service mind; very good interpersonal, communication & problem solving skills;
