Mô tả công việc
1. Task Follow-up:
- Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned to various teams and individuals.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and escalate any delays or issues to the relevant stakeholders
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor the progress of ongoing tasks.
2. Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective coordination of company projects.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Compile project status reports and communicate updates to the management team.
3. Meeting Organization:
- Schedule and coordinate company meetings, including team meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional gatherings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials in advance, and ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Document meeting minutes and action items, and follow up on their implementation.
4. Incident and Action Management:
- Establish and maintain a system for monitoring and managing incidents, including customer complaints.
- Investigate and address concerns raised, documenting incidents and identifying preventive actions.
- Monitor and ensure the timely and proper implementation of actions identified in response to incidents.
- Collaborate with teams to track and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Provide regular updates on the status of action items to management.
5. CEO and Co-founders Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and co-founders.
- Assist in organizing and managing their schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
- Handle correspondence on their behalf and ensure timely responses.
6. Communication:
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Ensure that relevant information is disseminated to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in a coordination or assistant role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
