Operations Manager - Hotel & Resort

Job Overview
We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operational performance across multiple hotel and resort properties. The role will lead GMs/GSMs, drive service quality, P&L performance, operational standards, and support new property openings and stabilisation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple properties.
Lead and coach GMs, GSMs and key department heads.
Manage operational P&L, budgets, costs and productivity.
Standardise SOPs, service standards and operational processes across properties.
Support pre-opening handovers and post-opening stabilisation.
Drive guest satisfaction, quality assurance, safety and compliance.
Develop talent, succession plans and team capabilities.
Work closely with Finance, HR, Commercial, Projects and other functions.
Report regional performance, risks and improvement plans to senior management.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in hotel, resort or hospitality chain operations.
At least 3 years as GM, Cluster Manager or equivalent senior operations role.
Proven multi-property management experience.
Strong P&L, budgeting and cost management experience.
Solid operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B.
Strong people leadership and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work on-property when required.
Resort, pre-opening or fast-growing hospitality group experience is a strong plus.
