Mô tả công việc
Operations Manager will manage the operation and development of the Cowboy Zone Cafe chains
1. Planning & Operation
- Ensure the new store expansion meet year plan;
- Develop operations plans to achieve targets;
- Control operations budget and cost, optimize returns on assets, increase sales and improve profits;
- Oversee and ensure operation and service of all stores are delivered and strictly followed at highest standard;
- Prepare relevant contracts to ensure law compliance and efficient manner;
- Work out with manager to oversee the progress of business development.
2. People Management
- Manage performance evaluation for employees according to the evaluation schedule;
- Provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching;
- Coordinate with Training Team to build training & development plan for Operations team;
- To operate within efficient headcount budgets for each season, tracking appropriate labor cost.
Yêu cầu
- Strong in opening and developing Stores Chain;
- Strong leadership skill to motivate and develop people;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization;
- Experience: 4-5 years' experience as Area Manager or higher with knowledge and insight in experience in F&B chain is a plus;
- University degree, majored in business administration/hospitality;
