Operations Manager

We are looking for Front of House Operations Manager, mission is to triple the size of the business over the next five years by first implementing the operational excellence programme as outlined by the Board of Directors and then drive the growth through implementing the five-year business plan. He will have full P&L accountability of the business and responsibility for all functions. In addition, he will manage all relationships with stakeholders to the benefit of the business.
* Implement Operational Excellence:
- Fully implement operational excellence programme on time
* Financial:
- Deliver financial results in accordance with the five-year business plan as well as annual business plan as agreed with the Board of Directors
- Open new stores on time and on budget in accordance with the development schedule outlined in the business plan
* Operations:
- Analyze, monitor and drive achievement of operations targets
- Ensure strict compliance with standard
operating procedures and overall operations are managed effectively and efficiently
- Ensure all activities and operations aligned to group and company vision,
mission and values
* People:
- Lead and champion values, culture and vision achievement
- Ensure compliance with group HR practices, policies and strategies
- Implement effective succession planning, people management, talent development, talent acquisition and talent retention
- Maintain strong employee relations
* Customer:
- Ensure customer experience is consistently top notch and not
compromised
* Brand:
- Be a brand steward and brand ambassador, promote the company culture, values and reputation among customers, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Drives compliance to branding standards and guidelines.
