Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate to shipping lines/forwarders to get booking, request for extending free time and closing time...
- Follow up booking and update ETA/ETD, delay notice or rolling notice related to shipments.
- Handle and arrange system updates according to company procedure.
- Report immediately in case of any arising irregularities/problem related to stuffing process and follow-up problem solving to manager.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
- University Degree/ College in related fields
- At least two years of experience in the same position. Experience in shipping line/forwarding is preferable
- Be able to work under high pressure and solve problem effectively
- Good command in English: writing/mailing/reporting
- Proficient in computing and MS Office 365
- Good negotiation skills
- Fast learner, Independence
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good time and tasks management skills.
- Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical and decision skills
