Mô tả công việc
Handle operational and administrative tasks to support technology engineering teams.
Manage payment requests, vendor invoices, and expense tracking.
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal operational processes and company policies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless operations.
Support logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events.
Identify and suggest process improvements for better team productivity.
Provide ad-hoc support to ensure engineering teams can focus on product development.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related support role (experience in tech/fintech companies is a plus).
Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn about BFSI technology products.
Open-minded and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong service-oriented and supportive spirit.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
