Mid-Level Operator will be responsible for handling a wider range of customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing advanced customer support. You will also mentor junior operators and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Responsibilities:
• Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
1. Experience:
• Experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a Japanese company.
• Shift work experience is an advantage
• Experience with Japanese business culture and etiquette.
• Experience with Japanese language software and tools
2. Knowledge and Skills:
• Foreign language: Fluency in Japanese, can use English is a plus
• Communication Skills: Effective listening, speaking, and writing skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and identify solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of relevant software and systems.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company's products and services.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and guide junior operators.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Positive Attitude: A positive and professional demeanor
