Advise customers on eye care needs, recommend appropriate glasses (glasses, contact lenses), and perform accurate lens measurements and fitting.
Manage inventory of frames and lenses and order as needed.
Analyze customer behavior trends, preferences, and spending to improve store efficiency.
Resolve customer complaints quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure product quality and maintain a positive work environment rewrite more easily understandable
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience: College or University graduate
Over 1 years of experience in customer service, sales
Experience in the glass industry preferred
Foreign language: Know how to communicate in English
Appearance & Work Attitude: Professional, neat appearance, and proactive work style
