1. Operations & Quality Management
Compliance: Ensures all operating standards and company policies are strictly followed within the outlet and Room Service.
Guest Experience: Establishes high-quality service standards to maximize guest satisfaction and effectively handles all complaints with corrective actions.
Maintenance: Liaises with Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure the facility is well-maintained and clean.
2. Financial & Strategic Planning
Profitability: Prepares annual budgets, monitors revenue/expenses, and implements cost-saving measures (utilities, supplies) to maximize profits.
Inventory Control: Oversees par stock levels, conducts month-end inventories (food, beverage, equipment), and verifies daily sales reports.
Market Analysis: Monitors competitors and provides strategic recommendations to the Director of F&B for future improvements.
3. People Management & Development
Leadership: Handles recruitment, duty rosters, performance evaluations, and administrative tasks (leaves, overtime, discipline).
Training: Conducts daily briefings, professional coaching, and regular on-the-job training to ensure staff performance meets job descriptions.
Communication: Maintains open communication with the team, keeping them informed of all essential information to perform their roles effectively.
Yêu cầu
Education: College or Bachelor's Degree.
Languages: Proficient in English.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership with the ability to identify and solve problems professionally.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective two-way communication with guests, subordinates, and other department heads.
