Outsystems Developer (Korean/English)

SENIOR OUTSYSTEM DEVELOPER
Job Description
· Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
· Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable application solutions.
· Develop and integrate applications with external systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services.
· Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
· Participate in code reviews and ensure development follows established coding and architectural standards.
· Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and international clients throughout the project lifecycle.
· Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement of existing applications.
· Have opportunities to participate in short-term onsite assignments in South Korea.
Requirements
· 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with solid hands-on experience in OutSystems.
· Strong experience developing and maintaining enterprise applications using OutSystems.
· Good understanding of software development lifecycle, database concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integration.
· Experience with SQL and relational databases.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Good English or Korean communication skills; able to work effectively with international clients and teams.
· Experience working with Korean clients or in an outsourcing environment is a plus.
· Willingness and ability to travel to South Korea for short-term onsite assignments.
Nice to Have
· OutSystems certifications.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
· Experience in enterprise or banking/financial projects.
· Experience working directly with Korean customers.
