Company Overview
We are OFT (Ohta Future Technology), the Vietnam-based office of Ohta Co., Ltd., a Japanese metal processing manufacturer headquartered in Kagawa, Japan.
We are currently launching a new business to expand our Japanese-quality CAD outsourcing and technical drawing services into English-speaking manufacturing markets, particularly in the United States and Europe.
We are looking for two motivated individuals to join us as core members of our international business expansion team.

Position: Overseas Business Development & English Sales Support
Number of Positions: 2
Work Location: UDIC Westlake Building, Vo Chi Cong Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
As a founding member of our CAD outsourcing business targeting English-speaking markets, your responsibilities will include:
International Client Communication: Handling email correspondence, online meetings, customer inquiries, and other communications in English.
Coordination & Project Direction: Understanding overseas clients' requirements, including technical drawing specifications and deadlines, and accurately communicating instructions to our Vietnamese CAD design team in Vietnamese.
Project Management & Quotations: Managing project progress, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the production team.
Sales & Marketing Support: Supporting new client acquisition and maintaining relationships with existing international clients.
Required Qualifications
1. Strong English Communication Skills (Business Level or Above)
Applicants must meet one of the following English proficiency standards or demonstrate an equivalent level of proficiency:
IELTS: 6.5-7.0 or above (7.0 or higher preferred).
We particularly value candidates who can confidently handle:
Online business meetings and negotiations in English.
Technical discussions and written correspondence.
Professional communication with international clients.
2. Professional Experience in an English-Speaking Environment
Previous work experience at a multinational company, in international sales, English-language customer support, or project management involving English communication.
3. Strong Coordination & Communication Skills
Ability to coordinate effectively between people from different cultural backgrounds and teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Educational or professional background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or manufacturing-related fields.
Basic knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, or the ability to read technical drawings.
Previous professional CAD experience is not required. Applicants who are willing to learn these skills after joining are welcome!
Japanese language proficiency, which will be an advantage when communicating with our Japan-based team.
Working Hours
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Second and fourth Saturdays of each month are days off.)

Flexible working arrangements may be discussed to accommodate overseas clients' time zones.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: JPY 70,000 - 80,000 (Additional compensation may be offered depending on skills and experience.)
