Trade Lane Business Development (Overseas Sales)

- HCM Head Office: 1st Floor, Delas Building, 46 Cuu Long St., Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCMC.
- Hanoi Branch: 19th Floor, Icon 4 Tower, 243A De La Thanh St., Lang Ward, HN
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Business Development (40%)
- Agent Networking: Identify and proactively engage with overseas agents and partners to promote Interchains' core services (Sea, Air, Customs, and Inland Trucking).
- Global Representation: Represent the company at international logistics conferences, networking events, and trade shows to expand the global partner network.
- Lead Generation: Generate new inquiries and secure shipments from international markets to meet sales targets.
2. Account Management & Market Intelligence (30%)
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with global agents to ensure consistent repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global freight trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to propose effective solutions and mitigate potential risks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
3. Strategic Pricing (30%)
- Rate Negotiation: Partner with overseas agents to obtain competitive quotations and build sustainable working relationships.
- Data-Driven Pricing: Analyze market datasets and pricing fluctuations to provide competitive rates while aligning with business profit goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Proven experience of working with international logistics agents.
- Language: Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; additional languages are a distinct advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building abilities, and a target-oriented mindset.

- Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break).
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Work from Home).
