Packaging Master Data & Compliance Specialist (Supply Chain experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Receive, review, and validate Packaging Bills of Materials (BOMs) and breakdown BOM structures from manufacturing plants.
• Research, analyze, and identify material substances in articles using available technical and regulatory information.
• Collect, review, and maintain REACH and other material compliance declarations from suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain required compliance information, supporting statements, and regulatory documentation.
• Upload compliance documentation and maintain case records in Jira and other designated systems.
• Maintain and optimize packaging master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Correct inaccurate special dimensions for packing units within packaging BOMs using PackIT.
• Identify and correct non-plausible packaging weights and other master data inconsistencies.
• Review and update stacking factors for inbound packaging BOMs to ensure operational accuracy.
• Organize, archive, and maintain supporting documentation, including supplier communications, compliance statements, and audit evidence.
• Monitor task progress and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in regular alignment meetings and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
