Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Operations & Customer Service Director (For Local and Expats, Chinese & English, $7000, ID21402)
Oversee the overall office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective business support.
Lead, develop, and supervise the management team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans.
Establish annual business goals and budgets, monitor execution, and drive continuous performance improvement to achieve targeted results.
Coordinate and align cross-regional business activities, ensuring effective communication, operational consistency, and successful execution across multiple locations.
Demonstrate an inspirational and people-oriented leadership style that motivates employees, promotes engagement, and cultivates a high-performance culture.
Lead the organization in achieving corporate objectives while executing global business strategies and driving sustainable business growth.
Requirement
Male or female, under 50 years of age.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Operations and/or Customer Service, including at least 8 years in a Director-level leadership role.
Proven track record in leading large-scale operations, driving business performance, and managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Strong strategic planning, operational excellence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Open for Vietnamese, Chinese or Taiwanese
