Mô tả công việc
We're looking for interns to join our creative team to develop systems and analysis for a wide variety of factories and industries. Our engineers are hard-working, smart, goal-oriented and creative, and they are looking for interns to train to participate in every level of system design and orientation. The interns hired for this position should expect to learn all facets of manufacturing, and will leave this position with valuable skills and industry knowledge.
The intern will be given an on the job learning opportunity by being assigned to work on low value low risk procurement cases for which along each step of the way s/he will be guided on the TA Viet Nam procurement process including best practices e.g. on preparing tender request; preparing evaluations documents and how to carry out evaluations and issuing Purchase Orders- what to include in a Purchase Order etc.
***Paid Purchasing Internship - 8 months
• Process documentation: SOP, WI, process layout, process control plan.
• Product database: BOM, Product DB, drawing,...
• Improve process productivity, capacity by performing time studies, analysis, line balancing, tooling improvement, automation,...
• Optimize process flow and processes by 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen tools.
• CI, VE projects.
• Materials qualification & propose quality control plan.
***Mechanical Engineer Internship - 6 months
• Process documentation: SOP, WI, process layout, process control plan.
• Product database: BOM, Product DB, drawing,...

Experience
- Applicants are not required to have professional work experience but experience working in procurement or purchasing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of business operations, procurement, supply chain, and logistics is an asset.
- Knowledge of business principles and applications in public procurement is an asset.
Requirements
- Applicants should be at final year of Business Admistration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Mechanical Engineering majors.
- Abilities in MS Office.
- Good at English skills.
- Be able to work independently.
***Mechanical Engineer Internship - 6 months
Requirements
- Applicants should be Engineering majors, with abilities in MS Office, AutoCad, fluent in English and Vietnamese, analytical & planning tools. - - - They should possess strong analytic and statistic skills, and have the ability to work independently.
Majors: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
