Mô tả công việc

1. Be considered an account manager and is direct responsible for profitable growth, leadership and serves as a point of contact for customers and end users regarding all needed CAT parts and service.
2. Show a proactive approach and will take leadership in customer's service needs.
3. Provide suitable quotation regarding the parts and service price, availability and delivery conditions.
4. Provides all kind off CAT service requirements that are necessary to complete the request of the customer our end user.
5. Access to SIS, DBS, parts, tools and technical information, engine history along with TMI, sea trail records, SOS test results and repair checklists off every single CAT marine engine serial number the customer our end user mentioned.
6. Check the credibility of every customer and end use
7. Ensures that the customer interview process is conducted in a consistent manner every visit. This ensures that accurate customer information & product information is obtained during the customer interview. Identify the priority of the needed parts and service required based on urgency of need.
8. Be responsible for every service transaction with in PTM.

Yêu cầu

- Graduated from Technical University, major in Auto Mechanical/ Automation....
- Excellent skills in reading, writing and speaking technical English
- Structured worker who prioritizes the activities that need to be done and completes activities before starting the next activity
- Responsible character, takes owner ship of his activities and to deliver the best products possible
- Selling and negotiation skills
- New graduate is acceptable
