Mô tả công việc
• Search and acquire new partnership opportunities for business banking
• Collaborate with internal credit, technology, operation, legal and compliance teams and external partners to design product offering for SMEs and maintain end-to-end processes and systems
• Keep abreast of strategic landscape and market trends (especially to digital channels)
• Maintain relationship with partners; collaborate with Business Banking Sales team to maximize sales conversion through on-going partnership events.
• Regularly update and renew contracts with partners as appropriate
• Manage day-to-day partnership activities focusing on existing performance growth and internal alignment on partners' behalf.
• Manage marketing campaign and events with partners (e.g. sponsored events, customer outreach)
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor or equivalent degree holder
• Knowledge of the SMEs businesses
• Matured to deal with senior stakeholders in partners' side, ability to hold relationship and manage projects
• Passionate and self-motivated to deliver performance excellence
• Demonstrate self-starter potential and be a team player
• Fluency in written and spoken English (IELTS 6.5 or other equivalent certificate)
• Digital savvy, proficiency in computer literacy, especially word processing, email, excel and online data searching
