About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our channel partnership team.
In this Partnership Manager position, you will be responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with educational consultants, universities, and colleges to promote our accommodation services.
Your primary goal will be to expand our reach in the education sector, increase our customer base, and build strong relationships while developing strategies and ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved.
In addition, this role will take ownership of leading and developing the local partnership team, ensuring team performance aligns with business goals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing working environment.
• Basic salary from 27 - 30 million VND + Unlimited commission (2-month probation period with 100% of fixed salary, 100% Social Insurance)
• Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 or 9:00 - 18:00, Mon - Friday
• Hanoi office: 10F, VIT Tower, 519 Kim Ma, Giang Vo, Hanoi
Key Responsibilities
• Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with Study Abroad Educational Consultants, including universities, colleges, and private educational institutions. Ensure innovative and professional client servicing standards are maintained.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with consultants to understand their specific accommodation requirements and preferences for international students. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create partnership strategies and promotional activities.
• Accommodation Solutions: Provide detailed information about available student accommodation options, including residences, apartments, homestays, and private rentals, ensuring they meet the needs and budget of students.
• Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in student accommodation preferences.
• Training Sessions: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for educational consultants to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Motivate the partnership lead generation teams, track performance, and report metrics.
• Events: Initiate and attend conferences, workshops, webinar and other industry events to network with educational consultants and establish new partnerships.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and work closely with the customer service team to address any accommodation-related concerns promptly. Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback from educational consultants and contribute to the improvement of our services.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage the Partnership team to achieve individual and team targets. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Team Development: Train, onboard, and mentor new team members on partnership development strategies, product knowledge, and relationship management skills to build a strong and capable team pipeline.
• Performance Management: Track team KPIs, evaluate individual performance, identify performance gaps, and propose action plans to improve overall team effectiveness and productivity.
• Strategy Execution: Work closely with Country Manager / Regional Management to translate business goals into actionable plans for the team and ensure execution quality across all partnership activities.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing,
Business Development teams to ensure alignment and effective support for partnership initiatives and business growth.
• Reporting & Planning: Prepare regular partnership performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to support business growth and strengthen partner relationships.
