• 3-5 years of experience in Sales /
Business Development / Partnerships (preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or lending)
• Strong understanding of POS solutions and/or SME lending products is highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building partnerships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners/projects
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with SMEs, merchants, or retail networks is a plus
