Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth strategies that balance revenue generation with customer satisfaction
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive adoption of POS and SME lending solutions
• Acquire new merchants (SMEs) through partner channels
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target segments, and customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (banks, financial institutions, distributors, aggregators...)
• Proactively arrange and lead meetings with potential partners; prepare and negotiate partnership agreements in compliance with legal regulations
• Promote and position the company's products/services by understanding and anticipating client needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations) to design and implement go-to-market strategies
• Drive sales targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
• Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates
Yêu cầu
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales /
Business Development / Partnerships (preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or lending)
• Strong understanding of POS solutions and/or SME lending products is highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building partnerships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners/projects
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with SMEs, merchants, or retail networks is a plus
