The incumbent will direct reports to Sales Manager/Head of Passenger Division, work closely with Sales Manager/Sales Head to provide proactive sales and support, to achieve the revenue and associated targets for the portfolio.
Continuously seek to acquire new business and establish the assigned carrier in the market, while proactively negotiating and managing existing Agency sales and accounts.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the local relationship for Trade Partners and agency accounts.
• Service existing portfolios or accounts to maintain and grow the value.
• Make sales visits to clients to conduct presentations, and seminars, and provide updates on products and services to enhance sales opportunities and facilitate sales.
• Seek ways to improve the quality of the revenue generated by the portfolio
• Help to negotiate discount rates, commissions, and contracts in a timely manner to ensure the best return on investment.
• Initiate and follow up on sales actions, obtain sales leads and seek new business.
• Monitor the effectiveness of incentive/discount schemes by conducting regular and timely performance reviews to maximize available and potential sales opportunities.
• Support new
business development and help to improve revenue.
Yêu cầu
• A degree or diploma holder or equivalent in a relevant Sales & Marketing or Business field, or a minimum of 2 years recent experience in airlines, GSSA or travel sales.
• Demonstrable experience in consistently achieving sales targets
• Experience in the airline industry is a distinct advantage
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Superior PC literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
