Pattern Maker position is to build paper mock-up and make pattern following the request of Designers, Designer Developer or Sample room manager.
Công việc của Nhân Viên Rập là dựng mô hình giấy 3d, ra rập theo yêu cầu của nhân viên thiết kế, nhân viên phát triển thiết kế, nhâp thông tin rập chuẩn bị cho sản xuất.
Sáng tạo hoặc tham gia tạo ra các sản phẩm hoặc chi tiết sản phẩm mới để đáp ứng tốt hơn nhu cầu của thị trường mới.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/BỔN PHẬN VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM:
- Make pattern following the request of Designers, Designer Developer or Sample room manager
Làm rập theo yêu cầu của nhân viên thiết kế, nhân viên phát triển thiết kế và quản lý phòng mẩu.
-Taking notes from Designers, Designer developer or Design Innovation manager and make patterns then collaborate with sewers instruct them to build the prototypes. To discuss with Designer Developer/ Designers to avoid mistakes. Randomly checked while prototypes are built.

- Provide standard pattern set and information to the Cost Department. Responsible for the pattern quality, size system and fit including tools or gear carrying. In charge of stalling pattern, organizing pattern sets.

- Prototype frames or parts that is new to get to supplier to copy.
Làm khung hoặc các bộ phận mới để các đối tác có thể làm theo.
- Provide solution to the problems of design, cost or structure.
Cung cấp các giải pháp cho các vấn đề về thiết kế, giá cả hay cấu trúc sản phẩm.
Additional Functions:
Help to instruct Cutters, Sewers to follow the notes.
Giúp thợ cắt, may để làm đúng yêu cầu
Help to cut the material when needed.
Giúp cắt vật liệu khi cần
Help to install all hardware and stuffing when the pack is finished.
Giúp them các chi tiết như khóa, tép đâu kéo... để hoàn thiện túi.

Education and Experience:/Trình độ và Kinh nghiệm:
Education: Graduated from Garment Colleges
Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng hoặc Trung Học Chuyên Nghiệp Ngành May Mặc
Experience: 2-5 years in making pattern, have high interest in making patterns and production.
Kinh Nghiệm: Từ 2-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm rập, có sự yêu thích cao trong việc thiết kế rập và sản xuất sản phẩm mới.
