Mô tả công việc
As Paymaster, you'll ensure the correctness of salaries paid out, and that no payments are made to fictitious persons, any salary adjustments are duly approved by Management and supported by Staff Transfer Form/ Application Form.
Develops and maintains current payroll processing procedures.
Performs payroll processing and month-end closing of payroll.
Ensure overtime claims are supported by proper approval and authorization.
Compute the monthly payroll which is made up of the basic monthly salary plus allowances and minus reduction for the approval and signature of both the General Manager & Director of Finance and Business Support before paying out.
Prepares manual payment for termination.
Train back up the payroll officer in all workforce procedures and responsibilities.
Prepares a monthly/yearly internal analysis report.
Verify payroll deductions such as housing loan, superannuation payments, city ledger, etc.
Prepare the payroll journal monthly of all transactions to entry into the accounting system.
Responsible for the payroll information secured and other related confidential information.
Prepare the payslips and distribute it to associates on time.
Payroll Data must be secured by password. The hard copies are kept in locked cabinets.
Prepare & declare Personal Income Tax (PIT), PIT finalization in accordance with Tax regulations and issue PIT's invoice for associates (if needed)
Prepares all related payments and submission to the local authority in a timely manner.
Strict implementation of the Control Self-Assessment (CSA) and achieve a 100% score in the CSA Audit of Payroll category.
To be courteous and professional when in contact with outside companies/suppliers and to maintain good working relationships with all colleagues throughout the hotel.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Management or related field.
01 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Points, Outlook).
Able to read and write English.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
