The Hotel:
Set amidst flowering cactus and framed against the majestic McDowell Mountains, our Arizona destination resort is surrounded by adventures and miles from the ordinary. Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort features 493 rooms and suites with balconies and terraces offering breathtaking sunsets, mountain, or golf course views. Our property offers a state of the art Spa, 2.5-acre water playground complete with a sand beach and 3-story high-speed waterslide, private golf course, and nightly entertainment.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
** Starting rate: $18.50 per hour
This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX Telephone Operator must work well handling a high volume of calls, and should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the Hotel. This Candidate may also need to assist at the desk with check-ins and check-outs.

· Refined verbal communication skills.
· Ability to sit for long periods.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
· Proficient in basic computer skills.
· Customer service experience preferred.
