JOB SUMMARY
- Be responsibility for Production Line Troubleshooting.
- Be responsible for Efficiency Improvement.
- Building the Line Standard and Auditing production compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Work with relevant departments for production line troubleshooting (material, man, machine, method).
- Process Efficiency & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement) \
- Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
- Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.
- IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.
- Line audit, Gemba Walk.
- Making the Weekly report for all issue and actions related to IPQC/OQC.
- Support ME (Manufacturing Engineering) team for running NPD project if needed.
- Support IE (Industrial Engineering) team for reviewing the method or WI if needed.
Yêu cầu
- Education: University, Major in Electric-Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial related.
- Experience:
+ At least 2 years working experience in electronics/electrical field, experience in troubleshooting, Root cause analysis.
+ Process or Production Engineering Field is an advance
- Knowledge:
+ Good at PFMEA, VSM
+ DOE is a plus
+ Troubleshooting Tools
+ Lean manufacturing
+ Fluent in WORD / EXCEL software and working knowledge
- Functional Skills:
+ Good communication skills in English.
+ Ability to work in a teamwork.
+ Quick adapt the company culture.
+ Listening Skill is a must.
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Strong data analysis skills
- Other Abilities
+ Can work under high pressure and quick direction change
