STRATEGIC FOCUS
• Provide employee insights and relevant inputs from various sources, e.g. VOE surveys, engagement / pulse checks, employee feedback, data analysis, to Market HR lead and Market Division BPs and L&D team to develop plans.
• Build long-term Employee engagement strategy advocating the culture desired for Chanel Vietnam
• Drive Regional 'Flexibility' agenda within local market ensure framework and action plan are clearly defined and relevant to our local market needs.
DAILY OPERATION
Change Management, Employee Experience and Employee Communications
• Lead the implementation of employee engagement and communication plan and strive for alignment on overall initiatives.
• Accountable for Engagement budget
HR Team Support (e.g. Events)
• Own end to end employee-centric activities and events. Responsible for Project plan, management and deployment of resources
• Leverage on employee insights to design and deploy employee activities and introduce tools and methodologies to effectively boost engagement and employee morale
• Gather employee feedback and provide analytics to ELC for tracking and coming up with the improvement plan
• Identify opportunity areas within HR for process improvements
• Support/create local policies as assigned
Benefits and Welfare
• Own/shape benefit programs underlying employee insights and feedbacks
• Manage and own local market C&B policies
• Co-lead CSR programs ensuring the company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment.
Onboarding Design and Experience
• Own E2E on-boarding journey for new hires to ensure they are well supported and settled with the new working environment
• Responsible for achieving the targeted satisfaction / quality scores on onboarding experience and leading the effort in driving continuous improvement.
Learning & Development
• Provide support in facilitating specific in-house learning programs
People Systems and Data Management
• Support, encourage and coach managers on the adoption of Employee Systems and other digital tools (e.g. Workday) to achieve utilization targets and self-service by managers and employees, as part of change management efforts
• Support deployment of other employee related systems, processes, and technology.
• Validate employee data to be accurately represented in Workday and other employee platforms.
• Validate payroll input before sending to Payroll team/vendor
Grievance Management
• Provide timely first level support to managers and employees in accordance with market escalation process and relevant local labour laws. Involve relevant stakeholders and inform Market Lead / business HR and / or line manager whenever required.
• Assess and diagnose situation, facilitate dialogue, mediation and coaching with the employee and his/her line manager. Gather information and escalate to Business HR / Market lead or line manager where appropriate
Compliance Reinforcement
• Key contact points for employees and act as bridge between managers and employees.
• Employee touchpoint for critical and personnel issues: Grievances, performance, mobility, bonus, benefits
• Create the right employee working conditions according to health and occupational safety standard and law
Oversee and maintain HR policies and regulations
Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
Workplace Experience
• Manage and ensure excellent performance of Workplace Experience team to create an employee-centric workplace to engage our people and to foster a collaborative and innovative culture with focus around employee well-being, health & safety and facilities management solutions on the floor with technology as a key enabler
• Close partnership with other workstreams in ODHR function to strive for a holistic approach in elevating our people experience from the hardware to setting the right conditions for them to excel in their roles & job mission

Academic / Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Fluent in English in writing, speaking, and reading
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and complexity management capabilities
• Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short and long-term projects
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a change agent
• Ability to build trust, credibility, and strong collaboration
Work Experience
• At least 5 - 7 years of management experience in progressively responsible human resource roles; preferably working in a multinational company
• Have broad HR Generalist knowledge within the HR field and preferably a deeper knowledge and understanding of Learning and Development, Organizational Culture and Diversity and Inclusion.
• Having knowledge of Labor laws and other related laws
• Strong experience in project management capabilities
