People Specialist - Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive People Specialist to join our People Team.
This role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition while also supporting Employer Branding, Employee Experience and People Development initiatives. You will work closely with Store Operations and internal stakeholders to attract the right talents, enhance the employee journey and support the development of our store teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition - Store Operations
Manage end-to-end recruitment for store positions, from manpower requests and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
Partner closely with Store Operations to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities and upcoming manpower requirements.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current vacancies and future store expansion.
Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates to relevant stakeholders.
Continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Support Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence as an employer of choice.
Coordinate and participate in Job Fairs, Career Talks, university partnerships and other recruitment events.
Support recruitment campaigns and content across relevant online and offline channels.
Collaborate with internal teams on talent attraction and employee advocacy activities.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Support initiatives across the employee journey, including onboarding, engagement, recognition and internal people activities.
Coordinate employee engagement programs and activities for store teams.
Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to enhance employee experience.
Support communication and execution of People initiatives across the store network.
Learning & People Development
Support the implementation of training and development programs for store employees.
Coordinate development activities, workshops and learning initiatives.
Work with relevant stakeholders to identify development needs and follow up on program effectiveness.
Support initiatives related to talent development and internal career growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Employer Branding or other HR-related functions.
Hands-on recruitment experience is required; experience in Retail, FMCG, F&B or high-volume hiring environments is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about people, employee experience and employer branding.
Good command of Vietnamese and working English.
