Mô tả công việc
As a member of the Marketing Department of HLG Vietnam, your main duties will be:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms;
- Optimize ad spend to maximize lead generation while maintaining cost efficiency;
- A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates;
- Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure campaign effectiveness;
- Support the Marketing team with event coordination and client invitation;
- Manage HLG's in-house ad accounts and oversee campaigns run by external agencies;
- Be responsible for personal KPI and targets;
- Participate in Company's general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions, etc.;
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in lead generation or service-based industries;
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for campaign optimization;
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus;
- Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and make strategic decisions;
- Good command of English is a must (reading, speaking and writing).
*** Working conditions
- Contract duration: 1 year renewable;
- Probation period: 2 months;
- Working time: from Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day;
- Workplace: Unit 2, Level 40, Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hai Trieu Str., Ben Nghe Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC;
- Salary: negotiable based on candidate's experience;
- Performance bonus and year-end bonus: according to Company's policy;
