We are currently looking for a PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO to join our ambitious, fast growing company.
Key responsibilities in this role:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence. Ensure that the CEO's daily agenda is organized and that they are well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
Safely drive the CEO to various locations, including meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain the vehicle in good condition and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
Arrange travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure that all travel arrangements are efficient and aligned with the CEO's schedule.
Provide general support to the CEO in both personal and professional matters as required.
Yêu cầu
What we expect
Fluent in English or Chinese as a working language
Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software.
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when required.
