As a Personal Assistant at Minthacare, you are responsible for supporting, arranging, and ensuring that the General Director's daily work goes smoothly and efficiently.
You will work closely with the General Director to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Scope of Responsibilities
● Arrange working schedule, travel schedule, business trips of the General Director.
● Arrange and follow-up the agenda of the General Director's as reminding deadline, appointment, coordination of working flow with internal team, external and personal matters.
● Prepare brief, notes and reporting for General Director
● Organize effective General Director's meetings and assist General Director during meetings, take notes and summarize the contents of the meetings for the General Director to serve the management and administration.
● Support the General Director to communicate, monitor and work with departments in the Company
● Record the tasks assigned by the General Director to heads of departments and monitor the progress of implementation to report to the General Director periodically as required.
● Translate documents in English or vice versa at the request of the General Director
● To store scientifically, reasonably, and confidentially records, documents and information of the Company.
● To deal with other matters on behalf of the General Director when authorized.
● Contribute ideas to the General Director to increase the efficiency of operation and business of the Company.
● Report for business management and other reports assigned by the General Director.
● Prepare a presentation file assigned by the General Director.
● Prepare, print, store documents for General Manager
● Perform other duties and other tasks assigned by the General Director of the Company.
Yêu cầu
● Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Law, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Psychology,...
● Proficiency in English / French including listening, speaking and writing skills.
● Good communication, persuasion skills and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
● Have strategic vision and good organizational capacity.
● Experience in performance management and work operation
● organizational and leadership skills - Ability to solve problems.
● Proficient in MS Office and data management software
● At least 03 years of experience in the position of assistant general director or similar jobs.
● Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in foreign companies.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
