A. Executive Support
-Manage and prioritize executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
-Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
-Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
-Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
B. Administrative Management
-Maintain filing systems, documentation, and confidential records.
-Handle expense claims, reimbursements, and basic financial tracking.
-Assist in processing documents such as contracts, forms, and approvals.
-Support daily workflow management for the executive.
C. Office & Cross Department Coordination
-Communicate with internal teams to follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
-Liaise with external partners, customers, and suppliers on behalf of the executive.
-Coordinate departmental requests, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
D. Project & Task Support
-Support small projects, market research, and data collection as assigned.
-Track progress of strategic initiatives and report to executives.
-Coordinate events, meetings, and organizational activities.
E. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
-Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
-Represent the executive professionally in all communications.
-Maintain a high level of discretion and trustworthiness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative, high level customer care or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other presentation tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Appropriate business communication skills in both Vietnamese & English and able to socialize with business partners in good business manner
- Team player with a proactive, reliable growth mindset attitude and able to work under pressure with high accuracy by paying attention to the details
