JOB PURPOSE:
Support the analytical work at the Development Center.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Carry out necessary activities (material preparation, pre-formulation studies, laboratory scale studies, optimization experiments...) to develop new products
Document all development activities
Participate in the routine activities of the laboratories: calibration /validation of galenical equipment, 5S, inventory management, template renewal...
Ensure Quality & safe working practices are followed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Pharmaceutical.
Essential technical skills
Basic knowledge in preparing different dosage forms, ingredients, and equipment.
Essential behavioral competences
Fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
Fast learner and reliable
Creative, strive for results
Good sense of Analysis and synthesis.
