1. Field Force team to achieve the results in-line with the strategy given by the company while respecting Urgo's policies, code of ethics, corporate values and local regulation
2. Ensure efficient communication and relationship management with all customers
3. To develop team competencies through effective and continuous management and coaching that are well adapted to people's utilized competencies and needs for development and growth
4. Maintain efficient internal communication
5. Ensure continuous development and utilization of competencies associated to role and responsibilities
Yêu cầu
- Ideally Pharmacist, Economics background
- Minimum two years in management in OTC channel.
- Good at Analysis, Negotiation skills, Customer relations development, People management, Team leadership, ...
- Good in English.
