[Phở 24] Marketing Executive

* The Marketing Executive's job duties are to
Coordinate to build local store market tool kits, execute LSM plans for new and under-performing locations, and identify and drive attendance for new markets
Convert target audience who exist in each store's trade area, into guests. This is done primarily through out-of-store activities that engage with and motivate the trade area traffic to visit the store.
* Key tasks
Find and work closely with suppliers to optimize costs and quality for POSM
Ensure signage and menu visibility and fix any issues arise in a timely matter
Visit stores weekly to check and report on status of POSM and signages
Handling Marketing materials purchasing and documents process
Researches market conditions in the local area and gathers information to determine potential sales
Build relationships with guests, neighborhoods, communities, and key traffic generators in trade areas to drive traffic into PHO24 stores.
Assist Brand Manager and work closely with Operations team members to execute LSM programs
Perform other duties as assigned
