Job Description:
Establish and directly develop, organize implementation, supervise the implementation of the plan of the Science and Technology segment at the Branch.
Ensure the completion of all business targets and KPIs Line Science and Technology (including 2 forces RM & UB) of the branch in each period
Set goals, build action programs, and be responsible for the business results of the branch's Science and Technology segment.
2. Organize and supervise the implementation of sales activities, programs, and policies to promote sales. For branches without a UB Manager, directly command the UB sales force.
Manage existing and potential customer portfolio
Organize analysis and audit of existing and potential Science and Technology segments in the area, analyze market potential and identify business opportunities in the area. Coordinate with Headquarters departments to develop and effectively implement sales policies.
Establish Relationships, links, and partnerships to develop new customers of the branch.
4. Manage labor productivity, RM/UB Personal Customer staffing of the branch.
Manage credit quality: Manage, monitor problem debt status and handle debt that needs to be managed at the branch.
Analyze and identify risks by product/industry/segment of the branch/location to build effective solutions/business orientations at the branch.
Effectively manage product portfolio, minimize risks, maximize profits.
7. Organize and implement Personal Customer care programs according to the business orientation of each period. Increase customer satisfaction.
Manage customer service quality, implement programs to promote and improve the quality of Personal Customer services of the Branch.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance - Banking
Minimum 05 years of experience in business science and technology in the Banking industry, of which 02 years in the position of Head of Department/Devision.
Understanding of Finance - Currency - Banking business activities in the area
TOEIC 500 or higher or equivalent certificate.
