Mô tả công việc
1. Production Planning Job
- Receive order ( sale FC ) from customer & upload to SAP system
- Simulation machine & tooling , equipment capacity
- Make plan order raw material come in advance
- Control & balance raw material to prevent shortage or extra
- Issue production plan to full fill delivery
- Daily monitor production plan & adjust when have abnormal happen
- SAP system control ( MRP, Production order , Inventory-Aging , create Bom-Rounting ...)
- New project lunching
2. Customer service job
- Receive PO & FC and confirm with customer then upload to SAP system
- Arrange booking follow lead time
- Make invoice & packing list for delivery
- Follow up delivery to ensure delivery on time
- Control payment from customer to not over AR
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts
- Follow up new business opportunities
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Yêu cầu
**Thời hạn làm việc 6 tháng
- Bằng cấp/Educational Qualification: University and above
- Kinh nghiệm/Experience in years At least 3 years experiences
- Kinh nghiệm ngành liên quan/Related Industry Experience Business administration , Mechanical, Economic...
- Ngôn ngữ/Language Good at English
- Yêu cầu khác/Competencies - Strong in problem solving skill
- Know SAP system is an advantage
- Competent in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Flexibility in term of working hours and able to work under pressure.
