Planning Material Control Manager (Nhon Trach, Dong Nai)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Material Control Manager to oversee our company's material control and planning functions. This role is vital in ensuring the effective management of materials, inventory levels, and production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in material planning, supply chain management, and inventory control, with a keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
* JOB OBJECTIVES
- Control production plans to meet customer delivery times.
- Control raw materials calculated correctly and sufficiently for each order.
* JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage and implement orders
+ Receive orders from the sales department
+ Check raw materials in stock, calculate raw materials used for orders.
+ Send purchase requests for purchase raw materials
+ Send orders to the planning staff to arrange plans for each department according to the available raw material import schedule and wait for the import schedule from the China branch and the Domestic Purchasing Department.
+ Monitor the import plan to ensure that the raw materials meet the production plan
+ Support related issues that occur during the production process such as differences between actual received material and standard BOM if any
+ Handle questions related to orders.
2. Manage personnel in the planning department
+ Monitor and control employees in the planning department to ensure to complete tasks.
+ Has ability to train and develop planning department
+ Other tasks when assigned
