Develop and maintain production plans to meet customer RTD and confirmed ETD.
Convert Sales orders into production schedules and confirm delivery dates.
Plan production based on available materials, capacity, and resources.
Optimize color change and mold change sequences to reduce cost and maximize machine utilization.
Issue daily production plans and monitor output performance.
Ensure production output is accurately posted to the system and transferred to the warehouse.
Communicate production status and changes to related departments (Sales, WH, Production).
Monitor subcontractor processes and ensure on-time, in-full deliveries when applicable.
Calculate, confirm, and update ETD based on actual production status.
Report risks or issues affecting delivery or causing production waste to the PPIC Manager.
Propose solutions such as partial delivery, buffer stock adjustment, or combined orders.
Yêu cầu
College or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or Business Management.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g. Winline, Hydra MES) is an advantage.
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good MS Office skills.
