MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Planning and control in-house production plan for all workstation (from beginning process is die casting - machinering - coating EDC/ anti-corrosion - assembly)
- Follow up customer's order plan M+3. Analyze 4M capacity by cycle time, takt time, operate time and prepare solution based on specific situation to catch up order.
- Monthly order, calculate and balance inhouse / outsourcing WIP for production.
- Monitor performance of delivery customer, countermeasure in case of arising problems. Assure on-time delivery. Ensure that "no shortage, no idle time" by PSI & safety stock control."
- Control daily production result and lead production meeting to solve issue and confirm plan D+3 by checking 4M.
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Bachelor degree in controlling, finance or other business related field
• Working in Hai Phong
• Min. 2.5 years of professional experience in the field of controlling as well as in external and internal financial accounting
• Profound MS Office and SAP CO skills
• Proven skills in profitability analysis and KPI reporting
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills
• High assertiveness as well as persuasive power
• Profound communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent English
