Mô tả công việc
- Provide overall leadership within CoE. organization in terms of safety, quality, fulfillment cost
- Direct process / product improvement programs and provide process method excellence throughout the organization
- Lead CoE to achieving goals in safety work environment, asset utilization, process / manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality and cost reduction
- Ensure communication of key business / customer issues to employees
- Direct operations for to ensure on time fulfillment of products
- Responsible for meeting all established cost, quality, and delivery commitments
- Ensure assigned employees are aware/comply with all GE government, customer and applicable policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Select, hire, train, develop, and provide ongoing leadership
- Develop necessary business plans to enhance all program requirements; including throughput, labor hours, cycle, cost, productivity, image, New Product Introduction including industrial facility development
- Provide ongoing supervision and counseling for employees, guiding them in current positions and assisting with career development and training
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or Technical institute
- 10+ years' experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a process-oriented operations and related industry.
- A minimum of 3-years' experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or the entire operation of a smaller manufacturer in heavy/automatic industries
- Experience working with manufacturing-based technology, processes and principles is preferred
- Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as lean, production and inventory control, and standard cost systems
