Policy Management Team Leader

· Manage and improve the internal processing, including but not limited to ensure:
o Insured management (new insured, deletion insured, change scale group),
o Scale compensation management,
o Correct policy control on system
o SLA committed with clients
o Management of insured card following internal guideline,
· Assist to direct manager with planning, coordinating and implementing TPA projects and programs arising from company plans,
· Train and develop the skills and the knowledge of the team,
· Solve major difficulties met in the daily activities,
· Provide regular, timely weekly team report to direct manager as required,
· Provide statistic report requested by corporate customers and respect the timeline committed,
· Be involved in the preparation of training guideline,
· Others tasks assigned by the Company
