Policy Service Assistant Manager

- Assist PSCS manager in managing PS team
- Support PSCS team in planning, monitor and tracking the project
status, propose initiative in order to ensure the project completed
within approved timeline.
- Support PSCS manager in preparing/analyzing and executing the
initiative for K2 improvement.
- Other tasks assigned
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist PSCS manager in managing PS team:
o reviewing the guideline, procedure regularly
o reviewing the system requirement, functional specification
requirement, reviewing the test scenarios, test result of
PSCS's projects.
o reviewing the monthly report and propose the initiatives to
improve customer experience.
o training team members to manage the PSCS's projects.
- Support PSCS team in planning, monitoring and tracking the project
status, propose initiative in order to ensure the project completed
within approved timeline.
- Support PSCS manager in preparing/analyzing and executing the
initiative for K2 improvement.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
