Poultry Color Production Manager, South

Key Responsibilities
Develop monthly production plans and weekly chick placement plans.
Plan feed, medicine and other production requirements based on production targets.
Manage and monitor contract farms within the assigned area.
Evaluate farm readiness and standards before chick placement.
Monitor poultry production processes, including preparation before chick placement, flock management, biosecurity, vaccination and medication, and flock harvesting.
Manage technical staff and allocate farms and production targets to team members.
Manage and maintain effective relationships with farmers and farm owners.
Review and select suitable farm owners for production cooperation.
Monitor production performance and take timely actions to minimize operational risks and losses.
Ensure achievement of assigned production targets and indicators, including production output, BPI and flock health/performance.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments and local authorities to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements
College degree or above.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, organization and work management skills.
Flexible and able to respond effectively to operational issues.
Careful, responsible, hardworking and trustworthy.
Experience in poultry production / contract farming is highly preferred.
