- Inquire rates with suppliers and global Pantos branches for Air transport as well as domestic trucking, and customs services.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and answer rate requests coming from the global Pantos network within the timeframe.
- Prepare quotation for Pantos Vietnam Sales team using standard templates and formats. Handover quotation
to the operations team
- Working closely with the Sales team to win new business. Provide input on customer's specific transportation solutions.
- Update rate tables in the system. Keep a record of market, monitor and follow up on rate requests
- Coordinating with suppliers/ carriers, Sales team and customers.
Yêu cầu
- University degree
- At least 05 year-working experience in forwarding company
- Good English communication
- Be a team player, detailed and accurate
- Have good relationships with carriers
- Be sincere and have desire for long-term development with the company
