Quality Control Oversight
Inspect printed materials (color accuracy, alignment, finishing, packaging)
Ensure products meet company and client specifications
Approve or reject production batches
Vendor Management
Work closely with external printing vendors
Monitor production processes at supplier sites
Ensure compliance with quality standards and agreements
On-site Supervision (Field Work)
Travel to printing factories or workshops
Supervise printing processes, especially for critical orders
Identify and resolve quality issues in real time
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare quality control reports and defect analyses
Track vendor performance and quality trends
Report issues to internal teams
Process Improvement
Propose improvements to enhance print quality and efficiency
Support vendors in meeting company standards
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, flexo, etc.)
Understanding of color systems (CMYK, Pantone)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and travel frequently
2-4 + years of experience in printing or quality control
