Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Diagnose and resolve production issues - identify root causes and implement corrective actions quickly.
Collect and analyze process data (efficiency, quality, downtime) to track KPIs and drive improvements.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to align processes with company goals.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
Train and guide production staff on process changes and best practices.
Manage process improvement and technology upgrade projects from planning to execution.
Work place: 100-22 Akagi Motookaaza Ooaza Tomioka-cho, Futaba-gun, Fukushima 979-1151, Japan.
Yêu cầu
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
Able to speak both English and Japanese.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Recent graduates are still accepted.
Nice to Have:
Experience with process design/simulation tools (AutoCAD, MATLAB, Aspen Plus).
Data analysis skills using Excel, Python, or similar tools.
Knowledge of batch, continuous, or semi-continuous manufacturing processes.
Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, or CSP certification.
