Tool, fixture design
- To design tool, fixture to support production
- To work with suppliers to order tool, fixture
Maintenance
- To set up maintenance plan for machine, equipment
- To do maintenance, repair machine, equipment as schedule or required
- Co-ordinate with part suppliers, service agents and contractors for speedy repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- To Supervise contractors or vendors when they do maintenance / installation jobs in site
Process management
- To do improvement on product quality, efficiency,...
- To control process, make sure operators are strickly follow MPI, WI
- To evaluate new machine, equipment
- To provide process documentation and operating instructions
- To develop and continuous improvement of working process and MPI
- To work with customer on product quality issue
- To take part in MRB to see material, product problem
- To coordinate with team members for specific projects.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university on electronic or automation engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience as process engineer in the electronic assembly.
- Can design tool, fixture using mechanical design software as Solidworks, Autocad,...
- Six sigma qualified is prefer.
